EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related subject area, or equivalent experience in a technical field is helpful.

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of proven experience pertaining to new product launches, go-to-market plans, marketing campaign planning, and program and tactic development, ideally within the In-Vitro-Diagnostics (IVD) space.
  • Knowledge of the following key proficiencies: 4Ps and marketing mix, marketing communication, communication channels, channels-to-market, segmentation, value proposition, and marketing program development and execution.
  • Strong marketing prowess and proficiency in developing marketing strategy including customer segmentation, positioning, competitive analysis, sales funnels, and staging and pacing of tactical programs.
  • Strong digital marketing understanding in various channels and digital performance metrics.
  • Development and management of metrics dashboards and reports.
  • Validated achievements in driving and implementing various digital marketing strategies, such as lead generation, marketing automation, email campaigns, online advertising, social media, and web development.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency developing strong marketing content.
  • Global travel is required, up to 30%, including some evenings and weekends.
