We are looking for a highly motivated, hard-working individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join our digital marketing team to support global growth and drive the success of our digital channel strategies in the Molecular Biology (MBI) business unit! As a Market Development Manager, Digital Marketing you will play a vital role in the tactical execution, management, optimization, and ownership of dynamic digital marketing channels. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate between Global Market Development Managers (GMDs) and Biosciences Division (BID) business partners to plan and launch digital marketing tactics across programmatic display, paid social media, and external 3rd party vendors
- Understand and advocate for an always-improving customer journey – guiding the customer from awareness to consideration to conversion
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and results, report findings, recommend budget changes and/or campaign optimizations to business partners
- Facilitate and quality check changes/optimizations made by BID business partners
- Drive customer engagement through targeted and intentional digital marketing campaigns
- Own and operate an eight-figure marketing budget
- Recognize both short term and long-term trends, provide explanations and viable alternatives GMDs
- Identify innovative digital marketing capabilities and opportunities, recommend use case, and implement based on business unit priorities
- Stretch, explore, and support other marketing channels as needed
