SUMMARY

We are looking for a driven Market Development Representative (MDR) to join our sales team in Amsterdam. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a high-quality sales pipeline for our Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers across the globe. You will engage with end users from top global brands and identify opportunities with key partners to drive business growth.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset for meeting goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and pipeline activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to global inbound leads with phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach to marketing leads.
  • Engage with end users and potential partners to introduce Eagle Eye Networks’ solutions.
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Report to the head of MDRs, collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Track and manage leads in a CRM system to maintain accurate records of outreach and progress.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead sources, qualification criteria, and overall lead quality.
