Description:
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Market Intelligence - Advertising Research Team is responsible for bringing customer knowledge into the organization by making proposals / recommendations based on customer insight, market / social trends, and brand aspiration. To do this, we conduct several studies and analysis ranging from ethnographical, market segmentation, tracking surveys, concept studies, product clinics, among others.
We are looking for a Sr. Planner or Planner to support Market Intelligence Advertising Research team in US. To fulfill this role, the ideal candidate should possess customer research expertise, strong analytical capabilities, business acumen to propose relevant recommendations and ability to navigate among different functions and executives. Knowledge of the Automotive segment is a plus.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Engineering
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years working in market research (client or agency side).
- Excellent analytical skills both quantitative and qualitative (statistical expertise is a plus)
- Solid experience proving strategic/actionable insights/recommendations.
- Robust communication skills and ability to navigate and work cross-functionally.
- Restlessly curious, always asking questions and wanting to get to the bottom of things.

- Language: English (100% comfortable to speak, talk and present)
- Computer Skills: Office, understanding of data processing.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct a wide range of consumer studies (Qualitative and Quantitative) aligned with region and global strategy.
- Propose and execute analysis that brings new insights to the business and internal clients.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and propose ways in which MI can support them.
- Overseeing Brand Tracking efforts to ensure consistent performance insights.
- Managing relations with external vendors to optimize service delivery.
