Description:
For Zoetis Hungary Kft. we are looking for a new team member - Market Logistics Coordinator based in Budapest, Hungary.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree permeably in engineering, business administration, logistics management, operations management or supply chain management
- >2 years of relevant experience in supply and logistics management as preferable
- >1 years of experience in pharma/ animal health industry as a plus
- High degree of proficiency with Excel
- Experience using SAP as an advantage
- Demonstrated consultative, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work in a complex international organization, build effective relationships at all levels of the organization and across geographies
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (spoken and written)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize all warehousing and distribution activities supporting company’s operations executed by 3rd party service providers
- Ensure external providers compliance with established service level agreements and requirements
- Ensure consistent compliance with required regulations, policies and procedures and company’ standards
- Coordinate and ensure daily customer order fulfillment according to established Service Level Agreements
- Coordinate and ensure the import process, repacking and re-labeling activities, inventory transfers, replenishment, returns, claims, etc.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous goods, controlled substances, temperature controlled, high value products or any other kind of item, following established procedures, regulations and corporate guidelines
- Work with the service providers to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at established levels
- Work in collaboration with external providers and keep constant interaction with customer service and marketing
