REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in technical field, business administration or equivalent

• 5+ years of proven record in sales of technical or equivalent products that apply to the restaurant business
• after-sales service is an advantage
• experience in QSR restaurant operations or construction is an advantage
• Professional experience in project management
• Familiar with business travel
• Excellent in written and verbal communication, people interactions and negotiations
• Good Business sense
• Deep understanding of the customer´s business, the market and its needs
• Self-driven and result oriented
• Structured and excellent in managing multiple projects at the same time
• Out of the box thinker
• Able to work calmly under pressure
• Very good knowledge in English; any other additional language is an advantage
• Drivers License

• Primary Contact person for Quick Service Restaurants franchisees, restaurant managers and corporate employees
• Responsible for full and smooth planning and execution of full-size kitchen projects and remodels, working closely with restaurant owners, architects, construction site managers, service companies and the Franke´s office team.
• Reach/exceed the sales goals set for the area through:
• Frequent business planning meeting with the customers
• Analysis of customer´s needs and coordination of sales activities in cooperation with the Franke office team
• Active participation in Franke´s marketing and sales promotions
• Promote Franke´s equipment and services
• Responsible to deliver accurate sales forecasting and profitable projects
• Process of external complaints
