We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Sales Professional with proven experience in executing field sales methodologies while relying on outbound efforts for lead generation, engagement, establishing relationships, and closing deals on the ground.
Responsibilities:
- You will create and execute a territory plan to build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring attainment of individual revenue targets.
- Lead generation while becoming a part of the local business community within the short-term rental sphere.
- Develop a contact & call strategy to achieve and exceed targets.
- Daily outreach using a discovery, value pitch and compelling closing statements to gain commitment.
- Conducting live product demonstrations in person or via video calls.
- Manage prospect communication and Pipeline in Salesforce (CRM).
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospects in your target list.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Close deals!
- Research your target market and provide ongoing feedback to relevant teams (product, marketing, sales, strategy).
- Represent Guesty at trade shows
