ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll be pivotal in analysing market trends, shaping pricing strategies, and delivering insights that directly support external stakeholders sales and development teams. Your focus will include the new homes and affordable housing sectors, where your deep knowledge of buyer demographics, housing policies, and regional market shifts will be key in driving success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
