JOB OVERVIEW

Based at Cardale Park in Harrogate, we are a family run independent research company that carries out customer satisfaction follow up calls on behalf of car dealers to help them gain understanding and improve customer satisfaction.
Our client base includes some of the best-known names in motor retailing.

We are now looking for focused, enthusiastic, and upbeat candidates to join our Research Centre team.

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience, or knowledge of the motor industry is not essential for this role as full training and support will be provided, but the ideal candidate must have excellent communication, and active listening skills, with the ability to engage easily and professionally over the phone.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Making customer satisfaction telephone calls for the automotive industry
Taking customers through a series of questions to gain valuable feedback and insight regarding their experience.
Entering responses into an in–house system
