KBC Advisors is seeking a Market Intelligence Analyst to support our team! We offer a dynamic, innovative environment with a company that is reimagining industrial real estate research.
As a Market Intelligence Analyst at KBC, you will be responsible for market data management, analysis and presentation. In this role you will have the opportunity to build out the Seattle market intel database for KBC, and deliver analysis and advisory based on market findings. This position will partner directly with transaction managers and brokers in this market to build and maintain relationships in the market that will drive insight and data sources.

This is an in-office position in our Seattle, WA office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills (must possess strong verbal and written communication skills)
• Experience in financial modeling and analysis preferred
• Knowledge of commercial real estate market and trends
• Expert in Excel and experience with various databases and modeling software

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• A Bachelor’s degree from a college or university
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience exhibiting progressive responsibility.
• Experience managing data and insights for commercial real estate preferred.
  The expected annual base salary for this role is $63,000 - $85,000. We’ll consider a variety of factors when determining the offer including skills, abilities, experience and location

• Act as thought leader and market expert for Seattle team, drive data absorption and develop clear deliverables on market analysis.
• Maintain and track required key real estate market information, data sources and inputs.
• Own, manage, and maintain research process, data, analysis, modeling, and deliverables for team projects and presentations.
• Work with KBC Platform Teams including Location Intelligence and Marketing teams to deliver reports and findings to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage database including data set entry, accuracy and modeling to provide insights and recommendations.
• Establish communication between Seattle Market Intelligence team and clients.
• Organize and prioritize projects and effectively collaborate with stakeholders for delivery.
