JOB DESCRIPTION

The Customer Experience (CX) focused Market Research Manager for Business Banking will help lead in identification, design, development, and implementation of assigned projects with product and marketing focus.
You will be experienced managing vendors and delivering concise insightful synthesis of insights to help drive action with business line partners. In this role, you may be responsible for integrating insights from custom research, VOC transactional surveys, relational surveys, and leveraging syndicated sources for the Business Banking team to tell a cohesive story.
The right candidate for this role will have experience taking business questions and translating them to customer questions and design approaches to answer questions. This person will be responsible for translating to our research partners the business line questions and consult on the design/right approach. The final deliverables need to tell a story to the business team that drives action. This person will have to demonstrate their strategic thinking and have relevant experience leveraging data (primary/secondary, qualitative, and quantitative) across various research methods. This person has proven to be able to thrive in a highly matrixed organization.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of project management
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
