Networks Platform Market Services Department, that has the mission to ensure the management of production processes consumer switching and messaging and production within the scope of E-REDES, promoting operational interaction with other market agents aiming to harmonize the procedures of consumption and production and ensure the equity of treatment to all traders, intends to recruit a Market Services Expert.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electrotechnical, Computation, Process Engineering or another field relevant to the role;
• Up to 3 years of professional experience;
• Experience in the Electricity Market in Portugal;
• Good domain of Microsoft Office tools;
• Good domain of Agile methodology and process specification;
• Good knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM);
• We value proficient knowledge of SAP Enterprise Utilities;
• We value a good ability to adapt to the work team and good interpersonal relationships;
• Problem solving and getting things done mindset.

• Garantee the response to Market requests for switching on/off electricity supply as well as other contractual changes demanded by Energy Retailers;
• Ensure timing and quality in machine-to-machine messaging of Market Services between E-REDES, Logistic Operator and Energy Retailers;
• Address and ensure anomaly resolution whenever happens;
• Manage and ensure non-machine Market Services whenever needed;
• Analyze and garantee timely and quality responses to ticket and information requests from Energy Retailers and/or Logistic Operator;
• At all times ensure compliance with Regulation and the Law of the Electricity Market;
• Design, specificate and test new Market Services, improvements, automatizations and new regulation issues;
• Manage and proactively promote the Continuous Improvement Cycle of Market Services;
• Interact, evolve, mobilize and manage all parties that are needed to pursue a goal.
• On-boarding transformation Projects challenging the existing way of operation and service to the Market;
• Integrate, contribute and achieve results in multi-disciplinary Teams;
• Manage work plans, schedules and deliver results.
