Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Lead the commercial strategy and planning for our brands and develop insight-led Revenue Management initiatives that deliver profitable growth. Own the governance of commercial performance through the business planning cycle and drive agility on the brand plan needed to ensure we meet our KPI’s.
You will be the commercial leader within our UK Cross-Functional brand leadership team of one of our core Global platforms (World Foods, Ice Cream or Snacks), reposnible for producing commercial guidance for our brands on the Five Revenue Management Levers: Price, Promotion Strategy, PPA, Mix and Terms that enable delivery of annual business targets and longer term profitable growth.
Construction and guardianship of annual business plan customer targets that represents key strategic choices in customers, channels, platforms and activation to deliver the brand targets, while overseeing governance of market pricing, promotion strategies and Trade spend of the sales team.
Build our monthly commercial performance and forecast summary and guide the Sales team on forecast implications within the PEAK process. Leverage consumer, shopper and category insights to ensure SRM plans are integrated into Brand Plans, which will help with driving connection between key functions: Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain.
