Responsibilities:

  • Manages and coaches a team of employees to achieve both organizational and team objectives.
  • Establish ties with partners through accompanying team members on visits, events and industry conferences.
  • Be the market expert on the industry by understanding the spectrum of the competitors and the landscape of partners.
  • Lead the organization of partner events with the objective to drive business results.
  • Be the expert on the operational side to drive achievement of commercial goals for your team.
  • Support the team in achieving business goals by guiding and coaching them in delivering our services to partners.
  • Ensure and enable the team is applying commercial and operational Booking.com frameworks within their day-to-day
  • Identifying and supporting local priorities and executing the initiatives that are driven by Area Managers.
  • People management responsibilities, such as recruitment, performance management, succession planning, talent development etc.
