We’re looking for someone who can plan, create and deliver high quality and engaging content for our clients for their social media platforms, email campaigns and more. The ideal candidate will be able to generate on brand content ideas, staying on top of the latest social trends and have a strong understanding of how consumers engage with social media.
Job Overview: Account Managers are responsible for managing a portfolio of clients ensuring that innovative and creative solutions are identified and delivered to meet their clients web and marketing needs. The Account Manager for Content is specifically responsible for planning, creating and delivering content for our clients for their social media platforms, email campaigns and more.

EXPERIENCE:

Candidates should have:

  • Experience in creating content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.
  • An understanding of the tone and style of content that is appropriate for different types of brands.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • A passion for social media.
  • An understanding of content strategy tailored for different social platforms.
  • Experience of creating and editing graphic content using Canva.

Previous experience managing brand social media accounts or creating content for brands is preferable but not essential.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dunde

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing a portfolio of Client Accounts.
· Plan, create and deliver scheduled content for clients such as social media content and email campaigns, following all approval processes and meeting agreed service level agreements.
· Build and maintain client relationships through regular ongoing engagement, adapting approach based on client needs.
· Proactively communicate with clients providing regular updates on progress and opportunities to address any concerns.
· Seek out new business opportunities through the development of existing relationships and the development of new relationships.
· Manage the delivery of quality marketing and media solutions for clients within portfolio through effective and proactive oversight of third-party sub-contractors and suppliers.
· Ensure effective credit control for clients within portfolio.
· Lead presentations to new and or existing clients on products and services offered by the organisation.
· Proactively identify new ways of working and opportunities to improve ways of working.
· Take responsibility for trouble shooting on issues that occur for clients within portfolios.
· Work collaboratively across the whole team making the most of skills and experience available sharing knowledge and experience, always being comfortable to ask for help when required.
