Responsibilities:

JOB ROLE

We are looking for a new member of our UK team to support us with marketing and administrative tasks. This position is also part of the global marketing team so gets chance to contribute to the marketing and brand work of Kemppi.
A significant part of this role is spent supporting administrative duties (including reception work) and sales team support. There is also event planning as required and responsibility for health and safety administration.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling general sales enquiries
  • Handling incoming / outgoing post and deliveries
  • Assist Financial Controller with filing / credit control duties when required
  • Assist Kemppi as part of the Global Marketing Team (including Monthly Global Meetings) – some overseas travelling may be required
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans as needed
  • Provides monthly feedback to Line Manager regarding performance
  • Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented
  • Set examples for colleagues in areas of personal attitude, commitment, organizational and selling skills and work habits
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
