Description:

JOB SCOPE

Marketing Roles:

  • Develops and oversees marketing campaigns
  • Manages website, social media outreach, and other marketing platforms
  • Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business and client relationship
  • Compiles and coordinates Tenders, Awards and Publications
  • Oversees Professional Licenses and Memberships, and other related office contracts

HR Roles:

  • Organises and maintains personnel records
  • Updates internal databases (e.g. attendance, leave)
  • Prepares HR documents (e.g. employment contracts, etc) and delivers HR processes (e.g. onboarding, exit clearance, etc)
  • Liaise with external partners, e.g. insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
  • Creates and presents reports on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates, punctuality, urgent leave)
  • Answers employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Assists payroll by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules, etc)
  • Plans staff development and staff welfare initiatives
  • Maintains current information about government rules and policies

General Roles:

  • Coordinates office activities and operations
  • Review and revise office policies
  • Supervises administrative staff
  • Manages agendas/ travel arrangements/ appointments, etc for management
  • Plans travel arrangements and processes travel expenses
  • Supports office administration budget
  • Maintains and updates office records and databases
  • Tracks stocks of office supplies and places orders when necessary
  • Submits timely reports and coordinates office meetings
  • Manages phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills & organisational skills
  • Has good knowledge of HR
  • Proactive, Independent and resourceful
  • Able to take up responsibilities as and when duties are assigned
  • Keen eye for detail and meticulous
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good MS office skills
  • Able to commence immediately or within short notice
  • Diploma/ Degree in Marketing / Human Resources / Business or related field of study
