Marketing Admin Executive

Job Description
1. Assist the Manager in increasing brand awareness and enhancing the corporate image to achieve marketing KPIs.
2. Develop valuable and engaging content for social media and the website to attract target audiences.
3. Manage online sales and marketing programs, including proposing campaign ideas and marketing activities.
4. Propose and execute marketing programs, exhibition or events from inception to completion, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
5. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insights, and assess results against goals.
6. Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
7. Prepare internal and external used artwork designs, flyers, posters, newsletter, customer surveys, marketing reports, sales and marketing materials, IOS materials and other related items.
8. Support general administrative tasks, internal and external events.
9. Complete assignments and reports required by the superior within deadlines and undertake other duties as assigned by the company from time to time.
Job requirement:
1. Minimum Diploma of Business Management, Mass Communication or related field.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience in marketing administration, SEO, E-commerce will be an added advantage.
3. Result oriented, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and willing to accept challenge.
4. Able to speak and write in good English, BM to liaise with associates.
5. Must be computer literate and basic artwork design. Required skill (s) : Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office and etc.
6. Completed vaccination.
