JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Admin Representative at Beryl Project Engineering plays a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and values. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities designed to enhance client relationships, optimize marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Communication: Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to foster relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • KPI Reporting: Pull and analyze key performance indicator (KPI) reports to track the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings for the Senior Business Manager, including coordinating with other departments and external partners as needed.
  • Business Meeting Training: Receive training and develop skills to effectively conduct business meetings, ensuring they align with Beryl’s professional standards.
  • Campaign Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to ongoing and past marketing campaigns to measure effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Track and maintain records of interactions with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement.
  • Client Retention and Acquisition: Develop innovative ideas and strategies to retain current clients and attract new ones, aligning these initiatives with Beryl’s core values and long-term vision.
