DESCRIPTION:
Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, the Marketing Administrator/Coordinator will be responsible for completing administrative tasks, and coordinating marketing projects & activities, Australia-wide.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field are advantageous though non-essential
- Proven experience in a Marketing Administration or Coordinator role with strong communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt quickly to change
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Implement Marketing Initiatives nationwide
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for Marketing requirements
- Manage the distribution of marketing materials across the business
- Maintain mailing database
Coordinate online digital presence
Assist with the planning, and then coordinate & execute Expos & Conferences nationwide
Maintain effective Budget & Invoicing procedures
Assist with other Administration and Marketing tasks
