ABOUT YOU
We are looking for an experienced administrator with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage interdepartmental requests and supplier relationships. You will have amazing organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines as well as meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate execution of required tasks.
As a strong team player, you will be able to work collaboratively within a diverse team and across other business units to adapt to changing priorities.
You will be Tech-Savvy, proficient in Word, Excel and Google Workspace or similar and able to learn quickly on new programs.
And finally but by no means least, you must have a passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
This is a work from home role with some travel to our regions now and then as required so you must be able to work independently as well as within a team . We also have regular team meet ups that we would love you to join too.
SALARY
This is a part time role and we are looking for someone who can work flexibly around 20 hours a week. The FTE salary is £24k (£12k for 20 hours)
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team in various aspects of the daily marketing activities. You’ll be responsible for overseeing job management between departments, and the handling of day-to-day admin support requirements. You must be detail-oriented, well-spoken with the ability to write well, able to juggle multiple tasks at once, and also be able to effectively manage expectations upward and downward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Job Request Management: Manage job requests briefed in between regional teams, internal departments and the marketing team, by consolidating and loading accurate and comprehensive requirements for design, copy or other requests to the central project management system.
Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties including:
Merchandise and stock ordering and management
Vendor, quote and invoice management
Building and maintaining positive external and internal supplier relationships
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and regional teams, such as sales, business development and others to ensure marketing requests are executed correctly, and in a timeous manner in line with brand guidelines.
Record keeping: Building and maintaining the library of marketing content and collateral.
