Description:
We are looking to recruit a well organised Marketing Administrator to join our busy Marketing Communications team on a Fixed Term basis. If you have strong copy editing and writing skills, the ability to streamline and prioritise information, a can-do attitude and great attention to detail, then this is a fantastic opportunity to start your career with The Acorn Group.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will create and update customer communications across our portfolio of brands. Working as part of a team, your role will centre around copy editing letters, emails, and SMS messages for new and existing customers.
Role: Marketing Administrator (6 Month FTC)
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Working hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5:30pm
Salary: £24,255 to £25,870
Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- You will play a key role in the development and maintenance of our customer communications strategy
- Copy edit communications for new and existing customers
- Ensure communications remain compliant managing the annual communications plan
- Updating communications as and when required to ensure they are kept up to date
- Using Microsoft Office Suite, Mailchimp and Canva to design and create customer communications
