We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing analytics, a proven track record of success in measuring and analysing marketing performance, and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels.

Duties include, but not limited to:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns’ performance, including but not limited to acquisition KPIs, RoAS, conversion rates, and retention metrics
  • Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign and marketing channel performance and communicate findings to key stakeholders
  • Design and conduct incrementality testing initiatives to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of various marketing channels and promotional campaigns on business outcomes.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members and country teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  • Support business in building marketing attribution models and media mix models and to derive insight from those for optimised budget allocations
  • Stay up to date on the latest marketing trends, technologies and best practices

Essential Criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in Python/PySpark/SQL for data analytics using batch & streaming datasets. Experience using DBT models is an advantage.
  • Experienced user of Web Analytics platform (Adobe Analytics and/or GA)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and the new developments in mobile app marketing tracking and measurements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data findings in a clear and concise manner
