Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education:
a. High School diploma, required.
b. Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related field of study; or combination of education and relevant experience. - Work Experience:
a. 5 years’ minimum experience in marketing analytics or data analysis roles, preferable in the gaming industry. - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
a. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, Python, or similar platforms.
b. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw meaningful conclusions, and communicate actionable insights.
c. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels used for campaign management and customer engagement.
d. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, experimental design, and hypothesis testing methodologies used in marketing research and analytics.
e. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
f. Strategic mindset, with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and leveraging data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and decision-making. - Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements: n/a

Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret marketing data, including customer demographics, spending patterns, and campaign performance metrics, to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data analysis tools, statistical methods, and business intelligence software to identify trends, forecast market opportunities, and measure the ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising channels in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.
- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate analysis, and campaign attribution analysis to assess the impact of marketing strategies on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Segment customer databases based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic attributes to identify high-value customer segments and personalize marketing communications.
- Run and compile lists based on segments and tiers for marketing, mail, text and email programs.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns, offers, and promotions tailored to specific customer segments to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies, tactics, and messaging that resonate with target audiences and drive desired outcomes.
- Work with all departments to maximize revenue based on gaming and retail spending.
- Provide insights and recommendations for new marketing initiatives, product launches, and promotional campaigns based on market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights.
- Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
- Conduct market research, customer surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback, gauge customer sentiment, and inform marketing strategy development.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing marketing performance, trends, and insights for senior management and key stakeholders.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
