Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our dynamic marketing team with data-driven insights and operational support. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality reporting, building insightful dashboards, and investigating shifts in key marketing performance metrics. The successful candidate will lead segmentation projects, manage paid and offline attribution analysis, and help to build customer profiles, contributing to more targeted and effective marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reporting & Dashboard Creation:
  • Build and maintain dashboards for marketing performance metrics, ensuring real-time insights are available to the team.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and investigate any anomalies or shifts in performance.
  • Attribution Analysis:
  • Support the marketing team by analyzing the effectiveness of paid and offline marketing efforts, helping to refine and improve multi-touch attribution models.
  • Customer Segmentation:
  • Lead segmentation projects to enhance targeting and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Profile Building:
  • Help build detailed customer profiles based on behavioural and demographic data, supporting more personalised and effective marketing strategies.
  • KPI Investigation:
  • Dive deep into data to understand changes in KPIs, identifying potential causes and recommending actions to address any issues.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Data, Growth, and Finance teams to gather data, refine metrics, and support the strategic decision-making process through accurate reporting.
