WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least three/four years of relevant experience, ideally within Financial Services Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Banking/Statistics/International Business
  • Proactive and organized
  • Able to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • Strong communicator (written + verbal)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Advanced excel, knowledge, intermediate PowerPoint
  • Fluent in English, second European language an advantage (German, French, Italian, Spanish)

Responsibilities:

  • Event co-ordination for third party sponsored events, assisting in the planning and logistics around sponsored events, coordinating with vendors/event company to ensure the smooth running of the event, provision of assets & deliverables for the events. (25%)
  • Campaign management to ensure the smooth running and timely delivery of marketing campaigns including social media postings (e.g. events), coordinating email campaign production etc. (10%)
  • Metrics and reporting – proactively managing and producing metrics as an aid to regular reporting e.g. by campaign, by quarter, by channel, invoice reporting etc. using internal reporting tools such as Airtable. (25%)
  • Undertaking research and analysis as an aid to planning and delivery e.g. researching new industry event opportunities, platforms etc. (5%)
  • Coordinating the creation of artwork & imagery (using inhouse workflow platform and other third-party suppliers) e.g. banners for studio videos, hosted events etc. (10%)
  • Production and review of PowerPoint slides for third party events in line with corporate brand guidelines. (5%)
  • Identifying new content for timely distribution. (10%)
  • Ad-hoc marketing related deliverables e.g. management of translations using AI/DeepL as an aid to local language campaigns, managing promotional stock etc.(10%)
