You will have a real influence on the marketing and product strategies, as well as on adjusting the offer to market needs through identifying trends and anomalies and implementing innovative solutions. Responsibilities:
YOU’RE A PERFECT MATCH FOR THE ROLE, IF:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing analysis
- You’re experienced in working with advanced analytic tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Data Studio, GTM)
- You’re experienced in using cutting-edge metric tools, such as marketing mix modelling and attribution reports
- You perfectly understand marketing metrics for every stage of a marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, and are skilled in optimizing them based on the KPI
- You’re experienced in configuration and implementation of analytic tools
- You’re fluent in spoken and written English at least at the B2 level
- You can work with and interpret data in order to turn them into conclusions and actions
- You have perfect analytical skills and are detail-oriented
- You can react to issues quickly, and find effective solutions based on the data
- You’re communicative and can present complex information and conclusions clearly both to the team and to non-technical audience
- You’re ready to initiate actions and suggest optimizations on your own, before issues become visible
- You’re skilled at prioritizing tasks and managing multiple parallel projects
- You’re flexible and can adjust to dynamic market conditions and rapidly shifting priorities
- You can find innovative solutions and new methods of campaign optimization
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Comparing campaign results to specified KPI; identifying trends and anomalies
- Delivering optimization recommendations based on data analysis
- Cooperating with marketing teams on implementing real-time campaign optimizations
- Using cutting-edge metrics, such as attribution models, experiments, and Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) in planning and forming a media strategy
- Evaluating the effectiveness of media campaigns and understanding the interactions of various channels
- Analyzing the effectiveness of marketing actions on various platforms, including e-commerce, mobile apps, and loyalty programs, in order to evaluate their influence on engagement, conversion, and retention of our clients
- Preparing detailed reports of campaign results, including key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement
- Creating and managing dashboards providing ongoing visibility of campaign results
- Utilizing analytic tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio, and others) to draw valuable conclusions
- Analyzing the influence of marketing actions on key business metrics of the brand and the market
- Close cooperation with cross-functional teams in order to achieve shared objectives and effective implementation of campaign strategy
- Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing funnel in the context of new client acquisition, increasing brand awareness, engaging users, improving sales, and generating leads
