  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to manipulate and interpret data to drive marketing decisions
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Excel, data workflows, and data management best practices
  • Confident in providing data-driven recommendations and highlighting key insights
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the development, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals, with a focus on supporting both brokers and the direct sales team.
  • Plan and manage broker incentive campaigns, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Christmas incentives) and yearly communications to drive engagement and sales.
  • Serve as a contact for BDM communications for the indirect channel, handling communication requests, announcements, and updates on incentive programmes or any other communication.
  • Provide support to the Growth Marketing manager, by managing customer data and ensuring accurate data analysis to drive strategy and meet growth marketing objectives.
  • Analyse and report on direct sales and indirect data, prioritising insights that support marketing strategies and the company’s sales growth.
  • Create positive case studies and marketing collateral that direct and indirect can use in their sales efforts.
  • Build and manage broker-facing marketing pages and lead capture forms, ensuring efficient lead generation and a seamless customer journey.
  • Track, analyse, and report on broker lead volumes, conversion rates, and overall sales performance. Provide regular insights on their performance and growth opportunities.
  • Manage the budget for all broker-related costs and campaign spend, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create performance-driven strategies and report on campaign results, including direct sales and commercial ROI figures.
  • Use Excel and other tools to analyse data and track key metrics across campaigns, summarising insights and trends to optimise future strategies.
  • Manage email marketing activities in our email platform, including content creation, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking for any indirect or Direct sales campaigns.

  • Review and support on SEO requirements, relating to indirect and direct landing pages, ensuring they are optimised for the best customer experience. This includes reviewing audits and implementing front-end changes to the website in line with best practices.
  • Track broker and direct campaigns metrics, to provide detailed updates for board reports.
  • Build and manage CRM dashboards, ensuring YTD and accurate reporting from within Salesforce.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, highlighting key trends to support decision-making and marketing strategy optimisation.
  • Manage social media campaigns, where necessary, to support direct sales and broker campaigns, ensuring an omni-channel marketing approach across platforms.
  • Complete market reviews quarterly to support stakeholder.
