Description:

Osi Vision is seeking a Junior Marketing Analyst to provide GI Eligibility Processing Support to the Montgomery GI Bill Education Support Services contract. This position is located at the Herbert R. Temple Jr. Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington, VA.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma.
  • 0 to 3 years’ experience performing similar duties in a military or civilian organization.
  • Familiar with Enterprise Task Management Software Solutions (ETMS2, Task Management Tool (TMT), MS Teams, and Office 365 (A365).
  • Capable of interacting with senior ARNG officers, NCOs, enlisted soldiers, and civilians.
  • Possess Customer Service skills.
  • Experience developing marketing plans.
  • Ability to execute error-free social media posts related to ARNG education prams and service IAW with submitted annual marketing plans.
  • Provide written recommendations for inquiries/complaints/other explanations as requested.
  • Ability to answer helpdesk tickets.
  • Ability to monitor performance measures.
  • Ability to conduct research.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • ARNG or U.S. Army military, civil service, or contractor experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain flyers, brochures, PowerPoint briefings and a detailed handbook explaining eligibility requirements, benefits, and application procedures for all ARNG education programs and services, in accordance with governing legislation, Department of Defense Instruction (DoDI), Army Regulation (AR), and ARNG Policy.
  • Products shall be delivered electronically to the Chief, Education Services Branch for approval 30 calendar days prior to the start of each fiscal year.
  • Updates to each of these products shall be made as changes occur or as requested and provided within five business days of change or request.
  • Develop an annual marketing plan to ensure all ARNG education programs and services are advertised and marketed throughout the year.
  • The marketing plan will be provided to the Chief, Education Services Branch at least 30 calendar days prior to the start of the fiscal year for approval.
  • In accordance with guidance from the Government, the contractor shall maintain relevant Social Media and Internet sites, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and www.nationalguard.com.
  • Review ARNG education benefits information for accuracy and completeness and develop at least 5 posts each week IAW the annual marketing plan.
  • Provide recommended changes and additions to the Chief, Education Services Branch.
  • Use NGB-directed task management systems (currently the Task Management Tool (TMT)), email communication, Microsoft (MS) Teams A365, the ARNG education/incentive management system, DMDC, and BEAST to conduct research and provide written recommendations to the applicable NGB PM for all Congressional and Inspector General (IG) inquiries, Army Board for Corrections of Military Records (ABCMR) requests, Soldier complaints, or other explanations as requested and meet the timeline or completion date directed for the action.
  • Conduct research and draft recommendations in accordance with governing law, DoDI, AR and ARNG Policy. Contractor personnel shall not correspond directly to any inquiries.
  • Provide the draft responses to the applicable NGB PM.
  • Research and support may be used by Government employees to respond to inquiries.
  • Provide functional support to Chief, Education Services Branch and NGB PMs (Education Support Center (ESC), Testing/Training, GI Bill, and Federal Tuition/Credentialing Assistance) such as conducting research, developing products/reports, monitoring performance measures, answering help desk tickets, and communicating with State and other agency POCs as requested. Functional support is anticipated to require approximately 10 to 12 products per month.
