This position is a full-time onsite role, that will be located at our main offices in Lathrup Village, MI.
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing strategies and enhancing our customer engagement efforts. You will be responsible for analyzing data across various channels, providing insights to inform marketing decisions, and optimizing our campaigns to drive business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing analysis, preferably within the financial services or mortgage sector.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, and various marketing analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and advertising platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Oversee and manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Segmentation and Campaign Recommendation: Analyze customer data to develop effective segmentation strategies and recommend targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience.
- Market and Growth Analysis: Conduct in-depth market and growth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to inform strategic marketing decisions and drive business growth.
- Advertising Analytics: Measure and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and effectiveness.
- Website and Social Analytics: Monitor website performance and social media engagement metrics to assess user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Competitive Analysis and Industry Trends: Conduct thorough competitive analysis and research on industry trends to inform marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Marketing Strategy Recommendations: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing strategies based on data insights and market conditions.
- Budget Tracking and Spend: Assist in tracking marketing budgets and expenditures, ensuring that all activities align with financial goals.
- Email Analytics: Analyze email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to enhance future email marketing efforts.
