SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Lifetimely, Triple Whale, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media analytics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for the drinks industry or health and wellness sector, and a strong interest in brand development and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Sentia Spirits is seeking an exceptional individual who enjoys work, takes initiative, is highly motivated, has strong analytical capabilities and is not afraid to experiment and make mistakes. The successful candidate will support our growing marketing team and experience level could be from entry-level role up to senior level. The role is office-based and the successful candidate must live in the local area. The candidate must demonstrate competence and a keen interest in data analysis, and a strong understanding of the value of data in a fast-moving consumer products business. The candidate will demonstrate awareness of marketing trends and brand development in the drinks industry or a relevant consumer focussed market. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for assembling, analysing, and interpreting marketing data to inform strategic decision-making and optimise campaigns. The candidate will work closely with both the marketing and product teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are data-driven and aligned with evolving business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data Collection & Analysis: Gather and analyse marketing data from various sources (google, meta, sales and fulfilment platforms, financial reports, customer feedback, social media insights, etc.) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Comfortable working with API and third party software systems to extract, assemble and manipulate data into useful report formats.
- Campaign Performance Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Customer Insights: Analyse customer demographics, preferences, and purchasing behaviour to provide actionable insights that inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Market Research: Contribute to research on market trends, analysis of consumer behaviour, and competitor activity to support the development of targeted marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, product development, and sales to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Trend Identification: Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, digital marketing tools, and industry news to provide innovative suggestions to improve marketing strategies.
- Marketing Tools & Software: Utilise marketing analytics software and tools to create reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
