We are looking for a Marketing analytics and Forecasting Manager (m/f/d) as of now to strengthen our Marketing Department in Cologne.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Analytics and Forecasting Manager who is driven by a passion of understanding underlying market dynamics and evolving consumer patterns. Your mission will be to become the ultimate expert in understanding market trends, collect and connect relevant information from various information sources to build the best possible foresights and scenarios. In this position you will have the chance to also immerse in geo-analytics and marketing modelling. - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- You gained already experience in forecasting, market modelling or a related analytical role, familiarity with various forecasting methodologies and tools
- Exceptional analytical skills merged with holistic business and strategic thinking
- Talented project manager, with high demands of your own work quality and output
- Good interpersonal skills, open minded, quick learner
- Good presentation skills, ability to inspire audiences, ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively even for senior management level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Any other tool knowledge related to data analytics or insight/data visualization is a plus
- Fluent in English written and spoken
Responsibilities:
- Enhance Market Models: Continuously improve market and consumer off-take models for Germany, manage various business scenarios, and share insights on market trends and future developments.
- Upgrade Forecasting Tools: Develop processes and tools to enhance forecasting capabilities, incorporating AI/ML models for smarter, faster, and more detailed scenario planning.
- Collaborate for Insights: Work with key (local and global) stakeholders to gather quantitative and qualitative insights, shaping accurate forecasts.
- Ensure Seamless Processes: Coordinate with various departments to streamline business plan development, and profitability calculations.
- Optimize Consumer Targeting: Collaborate on geo-analytical models, improve consumer targeting accuracy and maximize ROI for trade and consumer programs.
