QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field, focusing on Enterprise B2B or AI-driven platforms. Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and data to drive marketing strategy and business growth is essential.
- Skills:
- Expertise in data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL, R, Python) with a strong emphasis on AI integration.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining AI-enhanced marketing dashboards that provide predictive analytics and actionable insights.
- Experience developing and applying AI-powered predictive models to forecast outcomes and optimize strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs, with the ability to interpret and present AI-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach, with experience working cross-functionally to drive AI-augmented marketing strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics, marketing analytics, or AI-related disciplines are highly valued.

As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure that AI-driven insights are at the heart of our decision-making processes. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive marketing dashboards, conducting comprehensive campaign performance analyses, and forecasting future trends using AI-enhanced tools. Your work will empower VRIFY to allocate resources more effectively, enhance campaign outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI-Augmented Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth marketing data analysis using AI tools to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and align with VRIFY’s business objectives.
- Dynamic Dashboard Development & AI Integration: Design, build, and maintain AI-enhanced marketing dashboards that offer real-time visibility into key performance metrics. Ensure these dashboards are tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, providing predictive analytics and actionable insights.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & AI-Driven Strategy: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate AI-driven data insights into actionable strategies. Facilitate data-informed discussions that lead to the development of effective, targeted marketing campaigns.
- Predictive Analytics & AI-Powered Modeling: Develop and refine predictive models using AI to forecast marketing outcomes, optimize resource allocation, and anticipate market trends. Use these models to guide strategic planning and budgeting decisions.
- Comprehensive Campaign Tracking & AI Optimization: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) with AI tools. Provide detailed reports and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data Integrity & AI-Enhanced Quality Assurance: Implement robust AI-driven data governance practices to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all marketing data. Regularly audit data sources and processes to maintain high standards of data quality.
