DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGIST/MANAGER – ANALYTICS AND OPERATIONS

DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a digital marketing manager. This role is pivotal in enabling data-driven decision-making, optimizing marketing performance, and streamlining operational processes. You will be responsible for leveraging analytics technologies to measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, and overall marketing performance. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and managing marketing technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimization. This individual will report to the VP of Digital Marketing and will work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to support business objectives, so time zone flexibility is required.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business analytics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics, operations, or project management
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) to measure campaign performance.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with JIRA or other project management tools
  • Certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or data science.
