POSITION SUMMARY

elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.
We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking an experienced Marketing Analytics Specialist, who will be responsible for defining and implementing measurement strategies that align with clients’ campaign goals and KPIs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics / GA4.

  • Basic understanding of web development principles and the ability to work closely with development teams for tracking code implementation.

  • Experience with call tracking solutions such as CTM and CallRail.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with additional analytics and attribution tools (suggest any specific tools you deem necessary, e.g., Facebook Pixel, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong written communication and the ability to clearly explain technical details to non-technical team members.
  • Familiarity with additional analytics, attribution tools, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce and Zoho) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement measurement strategies to align with client objectives including tracking and optimizing digital marketing initiatives using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Call Tracking Metrics, CallRail, Google Analytics, and many more.

  • Create comprehensive cross-channel marketing dashboards, providing actionable insights based on performance data.

  • Integrate all relevant sales and marketing technologies, including CRM, with our Marketing Dashboards.
  • Configure and troubleshoot tracking inaccuracies and conversion data errors within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4 and Salesforce.
  • Ensure attribution accuracy across all channels and campaigns via ongoing data health checks.
  • Report on key metrics, analyze and interpret trends, and provide actionable insights based on available analytics data.
  • Convert complex data into easy-to-understand visualizations, charts and graphs, to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper tracking codes are implemented on websites and landing pages.
