One Tree Planted is a US-based 501(c)(3) non-profit focused on global reforestation. As an environmental charity, we are dedicated to making it easier for individuals and businesses to give back to the environment, create a healthier climate, protect biodiversity, and help reforestation efforts around the world. All by planting trees!

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics or similar.
  • Minimum 3 years of analytics experience.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, their metrics, and platforms, including social media, email marketing (ESPs like Klaviyo, HubSpot), advertising, (Google Ads, Meta, Bing), and website performance.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Data Studio).
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to data.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights.
  • Experience working in a non-profit organization (asset).

Responsibilities:

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Analytics Coordinator will play a key role in measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of One Tree Planted’s campaigns and digital presence. This position is responsible for compiling, managing, and reporting on key performance metrics across various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, the website, and the blog. The Analytics Coordinator will ensure accurate tracking and reporting through tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, and Google Tag Manager. The role, reporting to the Sr. Marketing Manager, will also involve collaborating with multiple teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize the organization’s digital performance.
