With a strong presence both in court and online, we are now looking for a Marketing and Administrative Coordinator to help expand our digital reach.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems.
  • Some knowledge or background in law would be beneficial, but it is not essential.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and write engaging content tailored for platforms such as Quora, Medium, LinkedIn Articles, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Social Media Engagement: Actively manage and respond to messages across all social media channels, fostering positive interactions with our audience.
  • Online Reputation Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage online reviews across various platforms, ensuring our firm’s reputation remains exemplary.
  • Client Outreach: Proactively reach out to clients to request reviews and testimonials, highlighting our commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Website Content Management: Write, publish, and maintain articles and content on our website, ensuring information is current and relevant.
  • Case Summaries: Regularly draft and update notable case summaries for publication, showcasing our firm’s successes and expertise.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration, including reception duties, handling phone calls, responding to emails, organising documents, and supporting the team where needed. This may involve scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the firm.
