JOB SUMMARY
The marketing and alliances director for EMEA will work with global marketing leadership and regional leadership to execute regional marketing and alliances initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy specific to the DACH region to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth for our AWS professional services offerings and overseeing alliances across the DACH region.
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED REQUIRED SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- 5-7 years working in a B2B marketing environment, including oversight of marketing campaigns
- Experience working with 3rd party partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market activities
- Experience marketing professional services and/ or technology services
- Previous work marketing joint services for Salesforce, AWS, or other major cloud ecosystem providers a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Experience working in Salesforce is preferred
- Experience working with a marketing automation system (Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua) preferred
- Experience working with a web management tool is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing and demand generation strategies specific to the DACH region, aligned with the organization’s overall business objectives and in coordination with global marketing strategies and plans
- Implement the organization’s global marketing strategies into regional, localized strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including AWS regionally, to leverage their marketing resources and programs
- Create and execute upon a strategic growth plan for the AllCloud/ AWS relationship across DACH, including building the plan and ensuring the KPIs to support the strategic plan are met
- Build and nurture strategic executive, sales, product and partner management relationships with AWS across the DACH region
- Develop and manage content strategies specific to AWS solutions, showcasing the organization’s expertise
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals across the DACH region.
- Manage and develop the marketing budget for the DACH region
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies relevant to the professional services industry and the AWS landscape
- Be willing to take a “hands on” approach to running marketing and alliances in the region, including but not limited to reporting, campaign development, presentation development, etc.
