Description:
MARKETING AND AUDIENCE DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Salary: Grade 3, starting at £26,369 per year
Hours: Full time (37 hours)
Duration of role: Fixed term contract for 9 months
Enhanced Annual Leave: 25 days per annum (plus bank holidays & Christmas shutdown)
Annualised Hours: Working extra hours means taking extra leave!
Are you looking for a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting, creative and supportive team, providing marketing and communications support for two fantastic professional arts and community venues in Oxfordshire?
Are you looking for a role where you will be vital in generating and improving the income of these venues through increasing awareness, driving footfall and ticket sales?
Do you have 3 A-levels/equivalent qualifications or relevant experience? Do you have good experience and understanding of the arts and audience engagement?

- Use a range of print, digital, PR, social media and distribution tools to support the maximisation of audience and ticket income, by increasing attendance.
- Help to identify and develop innovative and new marketing tools and methods.
- Devise creative ideas and solutions to assist the development of the centres’ and engage with new and hard to reach audiences.
- Monitor and evaluate the venues’ websites, including uploading each season’s events.
