About you:
Are you a creative and self-driven marketer with a love for golf and a passion for storytelling? Join Eagle & Tacit as our Marketing & Brand Manager and take the lead in shaping our brand’s presence across the industry. As the sole marketing professional in our team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to independently create and execute marketing strategies that directly impact the success and growth of our business.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of Eagle & Tacit’s marketing initiatives. Working closely with our management team, you will craft and execute strategies that elevate our brands and connect with our customers. Your creativity, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Managing and creating engaging content our websites, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
• Planning and implementing digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, SEO, and paid social media.
• Crafting compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and industry-related articles that showcase our expertise.
• Building strong relationships with golf clubs, industry partners, and governing bodies to create collaborative marketing opportunities.
• Overseeing the design and production of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs and promotional material.
• Organizing and managing trade show appearances and other events to showcase Eagle & Tacit’s products.
• Analyzing and reporting on campaign performance to ensure effective use of the marketing budget.

We are seeking a proactive and versatile marketer with experience in managing diverse marketing activities. As the sole marketing role in our team, you will need to thrive in a independent, hands-on environment and be comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within a small business or the golf/sports equipment industry.
• Strong skills in content creation, including copywriting, social media management, and graphic design.
• A solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to track and optimize marketing performance.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for detail and design.
• A passion for golf and a good understanding of the industry will be highly beneficial.

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Relevant experience and a results-oriented approach are what matter most.
