Volt Raceway is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Marketing, Brand, and Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will be crucial in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing brand consistency, driving sales initiatives and working closely with the Customer Experience and Events Manager to ensure exceptional customer experience. The Marketing and Brand Specialist will own content creation and design.

REQUIREMENTS

· Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing and/or brand management role preferably in the entertainment industry.
· Strong creative skills and ability to develop compelling artwork for various media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
· Hands-on experience in event coordination and vendor management.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with Volt Raceway’s business goals.
· Create, manage, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
· Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategies and improve ROI.
· Coordinate with the web developer to ensure the website reflects current promotions, events, and brand messaging.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
· Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
· Ensure all marketing and promotional materials adhere to brand guidelines.
· Develop and implement loyalty programs to increase customer retention and engagement.
· Collaborate with the Customer Experience and Events Manager to develop marketing plans for events.
· Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure successful event execution.
· Create and manage event-specific marketing materials and campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement.
· Build out the content calendar and manage posting on all social media platforms.
· Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, trends, and opportunities for engagement.
· Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
· Identify and reach out to potential business clients for corporate events and partnerships.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to increase venue bookings and event hosting.
· Reach out to businesses to promote Volt Raceway and explore advertising opportunities.
· Act as the face of Volt Raceway in sales presentations and community events.
· Write and design marketing content, including social media posts, email newsletters, blog posts, and promotional materials.
· Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators as needed to produce high-quality marketing materials.
