MARKETING AND CLIENT CARE LIAISON

The Marketing and Client Care Liaison will market Home Care to industry professionals, the community, and individuals and or families in a manner the demonstrates and reflects the quality of the Company.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or other related discipline preferred but nor required.
  • 1 year of experience in sales/marketing in the healthcare industry (or related experience) preferred.
  • Current and valid state driver’s license
  • Proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities:

  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including hospitals, physician and surgeon practices, nursing homes, hospital case managers, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, and other appropriate referral sources
  • Establishes and maintains professional relationships with all referral sources, including physicians, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, hospital case managers, discharge planners and other appropriate referral sources
  • Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and local regulatory requirements
  • Understands and is able to communicate the benefits of home care to both professional referral sources and consumers
  • Educates the community about home care
  • Interacts daily with professionals in the health care industry which include, Physicians, Discharge planners, Admissions Directors, Social Workers, Case Managers, Marketing Staff, Skilled nurses, etc.
  • Conducts outside sales calls, hosts lunch and learns, hosts special events, to market to existing and potential referral sources within an established territory.
  • Attends trade shows, business expos, health fairs, and vendor fairs to generate business and establish professional relationships
  • Meet with client leads in their homes, at hospitals, or in facilities or review services that can be provided.
  • Responsible for converting leads into clients by assisting clients with paperwork, establishing client needs and gathering pertinent medical history, and documenting all information and in the current operating system.
