We’re expanding our team! We’re looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to join our family of talented people in the Pet Trading team, working across our pet portfolio.
You’ll be responsible for optimising our customer communications and journeys, as well as ensuring customer understanding of our documentation, to improve the customer experience.

Your focus:

• Implement changes to the customer journey to support the delivery of the existing customer strategy.
• Update customer communications and documentation as required, making sure regulatory requirements are met.
• Develop email marketing campaigns as required to drive loyalty and retention.
• Work closely with the Insight and Analytics team to measure the success of marketing campaigns, with a view to improving performance.
• Work effectively with teams across the wider business (like Operations and IT) to ensure the timely delivery of changes to journeys and communications/documentation.
• Support with business-as-usual and ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You will hold or are keen to study towards a professional qualification in marketing (e.g. CIM or IDM).
