Boeing Vancouver is seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern for our fall internship program working with the Product Management team. This is a full-time internship opportunity that is based at our office in Richmond, British Columbia and is up to 8 months in length, starting in January, 2025.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student with an accredited university or college in a related field of study
- Exposure to marketing and communications
- Must be at least a 2nd year or higher student with studies in a relevant program
- Intermediate to advanced ability in the use of Microsoft Office which includes Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Willing and able to work 40 hours per week during the internship
- Must be legally able to work in Canada
- Individual must not pose a risk for safeguarding of controlled goods
- Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE):
- Product management experience
- Previous internship experience
- Experience in content creation
- Graduates are ineligible unless continuing in post graduate studies.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with an assigned mentor or a buddy
- Market Research and Analysis
- Help in content creation for internal marketing channels
- Assist in User Experience Optimization
- Collaborate with the product management team to define and prioritize product requirements
