EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES:

  • 2+ years in marketing and/or communications
  • 2 + years experience in project management
  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, grammar, spelling
  • Incredibly organized, strong recall and keen attention to detail
  • Occasional local travel will be required (reliable transportation to and from events)
  • Occasional evening and weekends will be required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Project Management software, social media tools, Canva, etc.
  • Exquisite communication and people skills
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Good understanding of office management and marketing principles

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the Marketing Project Manager, working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications, you’ll support the execution of our strategies by operationalizing and overseeing the day-to-day marketing activities, managing up and down within the team, to ensure campaigns, communications, and marketing efforts stay on track. You will also be responsible for quality control of marketing materials prior to them reaching the Director for final approvals.
