REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a Communications Manager, Marketing Specialist, or similar role, with a focus on digital and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of modern marketing practices, tools and techniques, including data analytics, customer segmentation, and personalisation.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar), and CRM systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Commitment to professional development and staying updated on emerging industry trends.

Customer Experience (CX):

  • Enhance the customer journey by delivering a seamless omnichannel experience across touchpoints.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct UX testing to ensure campaign effectiveness and audience satisfaction

Responsibilities:

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Marketing and Communications Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that align with our strategic objectives. This position entails managing and enhancing the Swagelok brand across all communication channels, acting as the MARCOM subject matter expert for Swagelok London, Caspian and Central Asia, and overseeing the allocated marketing budget. A key focus will be on leveraging data-driven strategies, strengthening engagement marketing, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to elevate the brand in local markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing Campaigns and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing and advertising campaigns aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Plan and execute marketing activities in support of the Distributor Annual Plan, ensuring alignment with key focus areas.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create innovative strategies that drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Utilise customer insights and segmentation to personalise marketing initiatives and improve ROI.
  • Research and compile relevant content and collateral to ensure campaign success.

Content Creation and Branding:

  • Produce diverse, high-quality marketing content, including promotional materials, brochures, newsletters and videos.
  • Oversee the design, production and distribution of promotional materials for online and offline channels.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the Swagelok brand across all communication platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Create content that reflects inclusivity, accessibility and resonates with a diverse audience.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Manage the company’s social media presence by creating engaging, platform-specific content and fostering audience interaction.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools to track, analyse and report on the performance of campaigns, using insights to optimise strategies.
  • Manage and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends.

Internal and External Communication:

  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
