The Marketing & Communications Support Administrator (MCAS) plays a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. Reporting to the Manager - Marketing & Communications, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and administration
- Marketing collateral management
- Project-related duties
- Other section support activities
This role combines both design and execution functions, requiring you to research best practices and develop suitable solutions for The Fono.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with section administration, calendar activities, and project timetabling.
- Support the team and other staff in carrying out their duties.
- Assist with special projects as directed by the Manager - Marketing & Communications and CFO/Director of Corporate Services.
- Adhere to The Fono and legal standards and protocols for communication matters, including safety.
