Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing and Company Listings Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our real estate services and coordinating the management and listing of properties on various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, real estate trends, and excellent attention to detail.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in real estate marketing or digital marketing is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of online listing platforms and CRM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with real estate trends, marketing strategies, and customer behaviors is a plus.

    Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property listings, services, and brand awareness, using various channels including social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
  • Company Listings Management: Coordinate and manage the creation, updating, and maintenance of property listings on the company’s website, MLS (Multiple Listing Service), and third-party real estate platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging marketing materials, including property brochures, online ads, social media posts, and email newsletters.
  • Brand Promotion: Help build and maintain the company’s brand presence across digital platforms and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on current market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and property listings.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling content to increase engagement and drive traffic to listings and the website.
  • Client Communication: Assist in communicating with clients, gathering property details, and ensuring listings are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts, including website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation, providing recommendations for improvements.
