POSITION OVERVIEW

As our Marketing and Digital Coordinator, you will play a critical role contributing to the success of digital marketing and social media campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads and AI chat bots.
You will be responsible for designing and delivery of campaigns, involved in the development and execution of the business’ content strategy as well as supporting the sales team.
This is a hands-on role which will allow you to flex your creative muscles and enable your marketing mind to flourish.

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Assist in the planning, design, testing, and implementation of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with prospects generated from digital campaigns, nurture them through the sales pipeline, and convert them into customers.

Campaign Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide weekly reports with insights on digital campaign performance, trends, and budgeting efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and communicate recommendations to the marketing team.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Prepare and deliver reports on sales team performance
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies to enhance lead conversion.
  • Assist in the allocation of resources and manage staffing levels to meet operational demands.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and make decisions around telemarketing campaigns.

This role will suit University graduates with a degree in:

  • Business or Commerce.
  • Marketing or Communication
