Our Marketing and Ecommerce Coordinator strives for great work with innovative ideas and delivers against key metrics of success.   • Strategically develop and lead the execution of all marketing campaigns and tactics, including social media, ecommerce, digital and traditional media landscape
  • Fiercely maintain and protect brand identity and continuity across all channels, including traditional and digital media.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies. Gather data from various sources, such as market research studies, data platforms and customer feedback, and analyze it to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Own, understand, measure and evaluate campaign performance, customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, reporting metrics and analytics against goals and benchmarks. Interpret campaign results, present findings, and propose scaling
  • Lead the strategy and execution of targeted base campaigns to drive specific KPIs and report on campaign performance, always aligning results with key deliverables
  • Be the subject matter expert on the most effective marketing strategies, successfully proposing and presenting them to secure buy-in and funding.
  • Own our event strategy, identifying the best opportunities and designing a compelling approach from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain event performance tracking to inspire future decision making.
  • Regularly update website content and ecommerce platforms, including product descriptions, images, and banners.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and sales presentations, and website maintenance. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Develop content appealing to target audiences
  • Build and implement success strategies to drive and recognize untapped opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including the Inventory Department to ensure accurate descriptions and information on all ecommerce platforms as well as to identify areas of improvement.

WHAT You Bring to the ROLE:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Analysis or related program
  • 2-3 years of experience working in marketing and ecommerce platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams)
  • Solid understanding of retail and eCommerce metrics, merchandise planning and experience using Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics
